The <strong>Tanglewood Festival Chorus<\/strong>, <strong>John Oliver<\/strong>, conductor, will be featured as well.<\/p>\n<p>Following his performances with the <strong>Mark Morris Dance Group<\/strong>, the always popular <strong>Yo-Yo Ma<\/strong> performs the <strong>Shostakovich<\/strong> <em>Cello Concerto No. 1<\/em> and the <em>Faur\u00e9 Elegie<\/em> with BSO Assistant Conductor <strong>Julian Kuerti<\/strong>, on a program also featuring <strong>Bizet\u2019s<\/strong> <em>Symphony in C<\/em> and <strong>George Perle\u2019s<\/strong> <em>Sinfonietta No. 2<\/em>, the latter as part of the <strong>Festival of Contemporary Music<\/strong> (Aug. 9).<\/p>\n<p>The remarkable versatility of <strong>Andr\u00e9 Previn<\/strong> is showcased in an <strong>Ozawa Hall<\/strong> program by the <strong>Boston Symphony Chamber Players<\/strong> (Aug. 12).
