Berkshires schedules for May 2011 show a great variety of events at arts and cultural venues throughout Berkshire county<\/strong>. There is live theatre and two simulcasts at Barrington Stage Company<\/strong> in Pittsfield; Gala benefits and an eclectic mix of musical genres in concerts at both the Colonial Theatre<\/strong> in Pittsfield and Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center<\/strong> in Gt. Barrington; student and professional acting at Shakespeare and Co.<\/strong> in Lenox, and plenty more. The most unique benefit is the one sponsored by the Guthrie Center<\/a>, Arlo Guthrie\u2019s Historic Garbage Trail<\/em>, because everybody benefits by walking from Stockbridge<\/strong> to Housatonic<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
