{"id":3453,"date":"2010-05-04T08:56:50","date_gmt":"2010-05-04T12:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.berkshirelinks.com\/?p=3453"},"modified":"2010-05-04T08:56:50","modified_gmt":"2010-05-04T12:56:50","slug":"mass-moca-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idealpoetry.com\/rwc\/mass-moca-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"MASS MoCA schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/idealpoetry.com\/rwc\/berkshires-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/mass-moca1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/idealpoetry.com\/rwc\/berkshires-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/mass-moca-300x2001.jpg\" alt=\"MASS MoCA North Adams, MA\" title=\"MASS MoCA North Adams, MA\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3455\" \/><\/a>Ongoing exhibitions at <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/massmoca.org\/\">MASS MoCA<\/a><\/strong> in North Adams include <em>Sol LeWitt: A Wall Drawing Retrospective<\/em>, 105 large-scale wall drawings that occupy nearly an acre of interior walls, installed according to LeWitt\u2019s specifications. <strong>Sol LeWitt<\/strong> (1928-2007) collaborated with the <strong>Yale University Art Gallery<\/strong> on the conception of the exhibition, created by them, MASS MoCA, and the <strong>Williams College Museum of Art<\/strong>. Installation of the exhibition, which opened in November, 2007 and will run for 25 years, involved nearly six months of intensive drafting and painting by a team of some sixty-five artists and art students.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled to open May 29, 2010 at MASS MoCA is <em>Petah Coyne: Everything That Rises Must Converge,<\/em> a selection of Coyne\u2019s recent work along with two new works.
