Barrington Stage Company’s 2009 schedule<\/a><\/strong> has been updated with the announcement of casting for Anthony Shaffer’s Sleuth and the world premiere of Mark St. Germain’s Freud’s Last Session.<\/p>\n

Emmy Award-winner Charles Shaughnessy<\/strong> (TV\u2019s “The Nanny” and Broadway’s Urinetown) and Jeremy Bobb<\/strong> (Og in Encores! Finian’s Rainbow and BSC’s Thief River) will star in Anthony Shaffer’s<\/strong> Tony Award-winning thriller Sleuth<\/em>. Directed by Jesse Berger<\/strong> (NYC’s Red Bull Theater, Artistic Director), Sleuth runs July 16 through August 1<\/strong>. The press opening is Sunday, July 19 at 5pm.<\/p>\n

Mark H. Dold<\/strong>, returns to BSC (Cyrano de Bergerac, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Private Lives) to star as C.S. Lewis<\/strong> opposite Martin Rayner<\/strong> (Star Trek: Voyager, Broadway’s The Invention of Love and Off-Broadway\u2019s Travels With My Aunt) as Sigmund Freud<\/strong> in the world premiere of Freud’s Last Session<\/em> on BSC’s Stage 2. Freud will be playwright Mark St. Germain’s (Camping With Henry and Tom) third play and world premiere at Barrington Stage Company (Ears On a Beatle and The God Committee). Directed by Tyler Marchant (BSC’s A Picasso), Freud’s Last Session runs from June 10 – 28, with a press opening on Sunday, June 14 at 7:30pm.<\/p>\n

Complete casting for BSC\u2019s 15th Anniversary Season, Glen Berger\u2019s Underneath the Lintel and Rob Broadhurst and Brent Black\u2019s new musical I\u2019ll Be Damned in BSC\u2019s Musical Theatre Lab, will be announced in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
